The Sacraments.
The sacraments are efficacious signs of grace, instituted by Christ and entrusted to the Church, by which divine life is dispensed to us. The visible rites by which the sacraments are celebrated signify and make present the graces proper to each sacrament. They bear fruit in those who receive them with the required dispositions.

Records Request.
In order to protect the privacy of the individual involved, duplicate sacramental certificates are only issued to the parent of, or to the person to whom the record is referring.
Certificates are not issued for genealogical purposes.
Photo ID is to be presented. (A nominal fee may be charged per certificate copy.)
