Holy Family Parish Is Hiring a new Coordinator of Youth & Young Adult Ministry

Holy Family Parish is seeking a passionate and faith-filled individual to serve as our next Coordinator of Youth & Young Adult Ministry (CYYM).

This position is an exciting opportunity for someone who is actively pursuing a career in faith formation ministry and feels called to accompany young people in their relationship with Christ and His Church.

We are looking for a candidate who loves the Catholic faith and desires to share it with others through parish ministry. The ideal applicant will be, or aspire to become, an active and committed member of the Holy Family Parish community while helping to build and strengthen our youth and young adult programs.

This role is intended for someone who sees parish ministry as a long-term vocation and who aspires to grow professionally in faith formation leadership. Over time, the position offers an opportunity to develop toward greater leadership responsibilities within parish faith formation.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• A theology degree or comparable experience

• Formal experience working in a parish faith formation role

• A commitment to the mission of Catholic evangelization and discipleship

• A desire to serve and grow within a parish community
